DO YOU KNOW!

That sugar free jello has very few calories?  If you have a big appetite, that's fine.  If you eat 10 of those Jello cups, you have only eaten 100 calories.  How about that for a snack, 10 Jello cups.  How about not, remember it's the mindset that we must be mindful of.  We do not want to tell ourselves we can eat more because it will not hurt.  It effects your thought process and does not promote mindful eating.

That if you eat slower, your stomach will have the time it needs to let you know it has had enough.  It's true, try it.  Put your eating utinsils down each time you take a SMALL portion.  Post your findings.

Planning your meals can prevent overeating.  If you plan to go out for holiday festivities, remember to take your own food, so you will be able to eat along with everyone else, and still maintain your healthy eating.  If you do not take your meal with you, you are simply setting yourself for failure.  You have no idea what has been added to the foods during preparation unless you prepare it yourself.  If you do not take your food, look carefully at your choices and pick the ones most suitable to your meal plan.  Plan ahead by letting your friends and relatives know that you are eating healthy so they can have food available suitable for you and offer and support you in your healthier lifestyle.  If you take your healthy lifestyle serious, then everyone will be forced to do the same.
