Hi! Great to have some more on board, I've stayed the same this week but with the week I've had it could have been a lot worse! Back on track today and still hoping to hit my goal, how's everyone else doing?

Well done newfie, definitely better than nothing! I'm going back to basics today, I follow the paul mckenna system and it works for me 10 lb down in 4 weeks but it relies on me thinking about what I'm doing which becomes a problem when I get stressed so I'm going to go back to the beginning and really try to focus on it. Things are pretty stressful here at the moment so I'm hoping it will help me manage that too!

3lb down this week! I havent been very active as i got knocked for six by a nasty cold but i lost my appetite too so i think the two things balanced themselves out! Im following the paul mckenna system which is all about listening to your body and it seems to work for me. 1lb to go till ive lost a stone since my birthday in mid january. Im starting to see a difference in my clothes and fitting into some old stuff that hasnt fitted in a while which has been nice too. I still have 6 1/2 stone to go and I will be graduating in october so I want as much of it off as possible by then as I want lots of nice photos! Time to start adding in some yoga and/or 30 day shred type exercise i think!

This is great! I will join in on the Easter goal challenge. Just bought my fitbit yesterday and this is day 1. 

 

Current: 185lbs

Easter weight: 170lbs

Goal weight: 150lbs

 

roughly 4lbs/week...I know it is very high but I know I can do it....It is time....:)
