I am having difficulty walking the recommended 10000 steps a day due to heart failure and other co-morbidities. I am wanting to know others that are trying to improve their heart health and using fitbit to achieve this.

@southerrnkiwi hey there.. I think doing what you can do is better than doing nothing at all Whether you do 5K or 10K, you are moving and already improving your heart health. I would encourage you to work with your cardiologist to figure out what is right for you based on your current health and goal health. Happy stepping!
