Exercise and Fitbit

ANSWERED

If I am exercising should I wear my fitbit? For example, I do Zumba and I wear my fitbit, which counts my steps. If I enter in my zumba time it will give me those calories, plus the ones for my steps. What I mean is, I would give myself double calories for that hour of exercise and I think that's wrong. Should I wear my fitbit during and not put the exercise or not wear it and enter in the exercise?

You should log those activities manually. This article should help clear it up. Personally, I would use a heart rate monitor and log the calories after the activity.
