On Saturday I did an hour of crossfit....today I synced it on my computer but it doesn't show that I worked out on Saturday.....how can I fix this so it won't happen again or am I doing something wrong? I also walked last night and it shows that...but nothing on saturday!

You should log activities that go beyond stepping manually. You could wear a heart rate monitor for your workout and record the calories burned on Fitbit.
Are you saying that there are no recorded steps for Saturday or that you think there should be more calories burned because of the extra workout?
The Fitbit is only meant to track steps.
