Female Water Retention

Hey All!

 

I am struggling with water retention, regardless of intake or time of month. I don't have added salt intake, I do 18/6 IF and a LCHF diet.

I have an impedance scale (it's ancient) and I wonder if maybe I'm getting bad data and should upgrade?

 

Anyone else having issues with this? (I've also switched from a FitBit brand tracker due to poor tracker longevity)

Hi @NurseMeggo I'm you are struggling with water retention. Are you tracking your RHR and HR target zones? I know I'm less likely to retain water when hitting my targets daily and monitoring how I react to certain foods. It's all about balance, not necessarily focusing on salty food as a stand alone.
