Food qeastions

So I have a question I didn't eat all day but I ate dinner I did have coffee with milk and sugar and hot chocolate for breakfast and it says You've reached your daily goal of 1831 cals I was wondering is this good if i Burned: 2733 calories and is that enough food to eat during the day i have eaten: 1786 calories today so my question is am I eating enough and the right amount

Unless you’re deliberately doing intermittent fasting, Maybe spread the calories through the day a bit more.

but the total intake seems reasonable.

Depends on your height, age, general activity, specific exercise, gender and some medical conditions.

average is around 2000 to 2500 calories.
