3 days isn’t really enough to form a trend. Continue monitoring daily over 2 weeks at least.

if it swings daily the scales might be poorly calibrated or misreading, might also be water weight ( 5 lb swing in a day or 2 due to glycogen stores and its associated water)

your work in the gym may be building muscle offsetting the loss of body fat. You may not see that on the scale but it should be apparent in the fit of your clothes over a few weeks

if it doesn’t move at all, your diet may not suit you. Even if you are using a method thats worked for you before.

be wary of calorie estimates from the fitbit, it overestimates.

if you’ve already lost weight over a few months you might have hit a plateau, frustrating but it happens. You can try switching things up a bit (different exercise, different food)

@RockinRach The number that you see on the scale can be influenced by a lot of factors, such as exercise, what you've recently eaten and when you've eaten it, your hydration status, your monthly hormone cycle...

Three days really isn't long enough to establish any sort of trend. Even once you have invested a little more time, you are going to see your weight fluctuate day to day or even week to week. Weight loss is never linear.

There are a lot of apps you can use to chart weight-loss trends and smooth out some of that daily noise. The app I use is called Libra, but there are many others that I'm sure are just as good. You may want to consider using something like that.

So I have realized clothes that used to not fit me fit a little better now not like completely but I can get them on better without having to struggle I was a size 20 jeans but im also able to fit in my 18 jeans which used to not even go past my legs also I can where XL shirts now i used to be only able to wear an XXL shirt I can't tell If that means I'm losing weight or not and I eat healthy too or try too  today I haven't eaten anything because I don't want to accidently eat to many calories for breakfast I had coffee and hot chocolate that's all I've had today

Trust the fit of your clothes over your scales. they tell a more complete story.

even your watch strap will inform you over time.

Thank you for your  help I've noticed that every time I use the scale I get disappointed so I stopped using it

Don’t get disappointed, whatever number it gives you, its all good long term data.

maybe every other week? Should be long enough to show progress without the daily rollercoaster.
