Since no one else has started one, I thought I would jump in with a challenge to run from 1 December until the Winter Solstice (22 December).
Choose your own goal (or goals) and post here as you go along - as often as you like.
For starters, here are my goals for the period:
At least 10,000 steps a day - 22 days
2 gym workouts a week - 6 workouts
No alcohol Monday - Friday - 15 alcohol free days
Lose 2 lbs (trendweight start weight 120.7 lbs)
Anyone want to join me? (Don’t worry about joining late - please jump in whenever you can, and, as always, if you injure yourself, it’s okay to modify your goals accordingly...)
