I am the exact same weight as I was when I got my Flex 3 1/2 months ago!
How about you?
I'm hoping with Spring here and Summer around the corner, that my walking will increase.

Love the challenge- gets me motivated when I'm thinking of being a slug again...
Are you saying you eat less than 1,000 calories a day? If so you might want to be very-very careful with that; eating so little can dramatically slow your metabolism down to the point where the instant you start eating a "normal" maintenance amout of food, you're body will start packing on the pounds.
The general consensus for the best long-term results is to go with a relatively modest calorie deficit and lose weight at a slower pace.

I've only had my flex just under 2 months. So far I've lost 3lbs and 1.5in off my waist. So not much actual weight, but I can totally see the difference in my tummy! I have to wear a belt now with my work clothes. Hoping I can keep it up and lost the rest of the 62lbs I need.

I got my fitbit end of September this year, and have been tracking my food as honestly as I can.
Only two days in two weeks where I have been "overbudget" on calorie in/out, mostly well under.
Also I am trying to heed the reminders, and attempt to get up and make the 250 steps per hour at least. I am also actively increasing my walking and exercise.
Independently of the fit bit, I am doing a push ups program via a phone app.
I have not "changed" my eating yet, but I because I am tracking my food, I am making better choices - I feel guilty writing in junk, so I choose something better. I will assess my food choices soon, and then make some changes.
But so far in nearly three weeks I have actually put on weight. - about 2 kg........
As others have said, it is not magic, but the fitbit is the link to motivation.
I am absolutely moving more and more deliberately, and also eating a tiny bit better.
Who knows exactly why I have put on weight, but I am certain it will turn around.
Gotta give it some more time, and keep in mind that I am getting fitter even if I am not losing weight.

I am down just about 30 pounds in the last five months and just four pounds from my final weight goal. Using my Fitbit watch, the Fitbit app, and my scale has been very educational. I'm not an expert, but I will share what I've learned. I didn't look at it as going on a diet (since that implies you would go off your diet), but a change in my eating and exercise life style. In essence, I'm counting calories, but I'm also trying to make those calories a little healthier.
I have found that there are three pieces of information I needed to know; 1. My healthy target weight and the calorie intake to loose and then maintain weight, 2. my calorie intake and, 3. my calorie output. I started at about 224 pounds.
So, at this point I was tracking everything I ate and all of my exercise, but I wasn't focusing on a goal. I printed out six months of calendars and taped them together. I taped it to my bathroom wall. I started with the first Thursday and every Thursday after that I wrote down my weekly target (one pound less) weight all the way down to my goal. Each Thursday morning I would weigh myself and write it on the calendar next to the weekly goal weight.
Now, I had a very specific weekly achievable goal to focus on, and it has worked fantastically. After getting down to 200 pounds I relaxed for a week and then set my final goal of 190. This is a few pounds below my max healthy weight. I'm at 194 pounds now, so almost at my goal. My treat to myself is I’ve started buying new pants that are four inches smaller then my old pants. I am also enjoying the look I get from friends and family that haven’t seen me in months and comment on my weight loss. Oh, and I sure can hike and run much further and easier, too!

Congratulations. I wish you well as you transition to maintenance. I kind
of miss the "hunt" of losing weight.

A bit late to the party, but I got my FitBit Blaze at the start of October and Aria about a week later. Since restarting to exercise I have only lost about 7 lbs of total weight; which for a month is actually pretty decent. But more importantly I've lost about 15 lbs of fat. I'm pretty stoked on that.
It's not unreasonable that I would lose fat so quickly; I'm 6'2", so height plays a good role and my life is pretty active, especially chasing around a toddler. But I also used to be in pretty good shape up to a few years ago.
I'm actually quite happy with my Blaze as it gives me good information, which I could only guestimate before. While I do take it with a grain of salt, it does seem to be more accurate than my previous methods.
One thing I don't do is eat to my "budget". I try to keep to around 2500 calories a day no matter how active. I'm rarely hungry and it makes me feel more consistent; and that's key for me. Often times I, supposedly, burn 5000+ calories in a day and I just can't bring myself to eat 4,000.
I just today calculated how many lbs of fat I should've lost in regards to how many calories I've burned over the month, versus how many lbs of fat I'm actually down; the calculation is within 1 lb of the real and the real is geater than the calculation.
I'm making progress, so I'm happy.

Had my Fitbit Alta for 3 1/2 weeks and during that time I have lose 8.3lbs which I am really please with.
Have been doing some of the individual challenges on the Fitbit.
Have done one Weekend Warrier walking 52k steps and came second out of six - again a good result for me.
Try to get out most lunchtimes - weather permitting.
My sons do clubs or training most evenings so try to get a few miles in while waiting.

I got my fitbit in April and so far have lost 2 stone. I'm hoping to lose another stone by christmas. I eat 1400-1600 calories a day and average at 11k steps a day over a week. I also cycle 40-50 miles a week on a stationary exercise bike.

From Marh 13th until now, I have lost 87 pounds. Lots of hiking and rowing. The Fitbit is great motivation. However, I love the Aria. The Surge is great tactical motivation. The Aria is great sta=rategic motivation. Long term results. I'm already lighter than my Doctor thought I could get to. I have another 19 pounds to get to my goal But in reality, I see no reason to stop there.
Through these past 12 months, I am shocked about how stupid and unrealistic the BMI charts and goals are. It is absolutely possible to be "obese" according to the BMI and be in GREAT shape. My resting heart rate is 56. My cholesterol and triglycerides are "ideal." My blood pressure is consistently in the 120/70 area. So folks.... I think that BMI stands for Bull@#$% Medical Index!!!

Yes, I agree with your second paragraph. My doctor thinks I am in very ideal shape, yet my company's insurance docks me points for being 15 pounds overweight. Congratulations on your achievement. I got to the 60 pound lost mark and have been stuck there for four months. I guess the good news is that I have been stuck there for four months without gaining any back.

Congratulations on your weight loss; huge accomplishment!
Regarding the BMI, yup, complete and utter B.S. for many folks, myself included. I'm 5' 8" and typically weigh a pound or three either side of 200 (the "obese" threshold for someone my height). The thing is, I'm a runner, am reasonably thin, and at a recent relay event I covered 11 miles in 84 minutes during my first of three legs for the event. If the BMI charts were to be believed, I shouldn't have been able to cover a half-mile at that pace much less eleven.

My company tried that as well when it came to my health care costs, both because I'm heavy and because I have a very slow heart rate. Each year I've had to demand they reevaluate my case based upon other factors, and each year they've caved in and given my my health care discount.
