I am the exact same weight as I was when I got my Flex 3 1/2 months ago!
How about you?
I'm hoping with Spring here and Summer around the corner, that my walking will increase.

I've used fitness trackers for over 7 years. I started with a Polar, then moved to Fitbit, and since October have use a Samsung watch, which has more accurate heart rate tracking, the metric I care about the most (my Fitbit would often lose my heart rate during vigorous exercise).
I use trackers to motivate me to move more, climb a few more stairs, and to regulate my heart rate during high intensity sessions. I don't put much stock in steps or calories counts -- I care more about the quality of my exercise and general activity throughout the day.
My weight fluctuated for years. I would lose 30 lbs, regain 35, lose another 35, regain 40. But for nearly two years now, since I focused on insulin index of my food and introduced intermittent fasting, the weight hasn't come back. I fact, my body fat continues to drop, to the point where 32W pants are loose on me. I started out as 38W+! I'm not a small guy either -- 6'2".

I have lost weight but you need to increase your steps each week, and watch your calorie intake. When you get up to 7,000 and 10,000 steps a day you should start to see a weight loss.

Only when I exercise. I was in the ideal range of I can't remember what you call it--a ratio between height and weight in metric terms. Then I backslid and ate tons of jelly beans and dropped in the level of exercise--and poof, the weight loss disappeared. If I do 10,000 steps a day and eat a tiny bit of protein, no jelly beans, and tons of vegetables, I regain a good BMI (I remembered) Body Mass Index. I am very used to the 10,000 steps a day, and it is relatively easy to get back on track. I am 78 years old and a former jogger. Ran the NYC Marathon once. When I am thin, people tell me how young I look.

Ive been wearing Fitbits for 3 years and lost 45#. I make sure no matter what that i get my 1000 a day. If i get stuck inside use my elliptical and convert the steps with a ZIP. there are conversioncharts all over the internet.

I bought my inspire HR two months ago using curbside pickup, I lost 12 pounds these two months, from 158 lbs to 146 lbs. I used to walk over 10,000 every day and frequently joined zumba classes, but still cannot control weight. With fitbit app now I know the problem is food, some "healthy" food actually very high in calories. I was so surprised to know one of my favorite dishes (kind of bean) is actually 1000 calories in one serving.
