Hello :)

Hi everyone, My name is Kelsie and I recently purchased the Fitbit Charge 2!

I am new at this and have a lot to learn. I'm looking forward to losing weight and getting healthy.

I am looking for friends to help get me started on my journey. I recently pulled a muscle in my back so, I have to start slow. I want to start walking first and getting my steps in.

Would anyone like to be my fitbit buddy? I need all the motivation I can get and would like to motivate and encourage others.

Let's get moving!!!!

You could try joining a group like the Halloween to Thanksgiving Challenge.  Some people have been around for awhile and are well on their way to their goals.  Some are just starting.  We emphasize doing this in a healthy way, are supportive, give advice or tips, share our struggles.  Since it is close to Thanksgiving in the U.S., you could use this time to start walking, take care of your back, and figure out how you want to go about losing weight, how to change your habits, how to think about food differently.

It's a great group.

The activity that seems impossible today, will soon be your warm-up
