There isn't any magic workout or exercise that will target weight loss in any area of your body. It is hard work but you can lose the weight by being disciplined and following a diet and exercise program. I'm a total believer in calories in / calories out dieting. I aim for less than 500 calories for breakfast, less than 500 for lunch, and no more than 750 calories for dinner when I'm on a weight loss diet. Then I add in exercise and activity to increase my caloric burn. For me that works out to around 2 pounds a week without going crazy with my exercise. If I'm putting in more than 6-8 hours a week of serious exercise, say biking, swimming laps, or running I will supplement my calories during workouts with a gel and gatorade every hour or so of workouts longer than an hour so add in 150 to 200 calories per hour for long bike rides and runs. After that it is a matter of putting in the effort and watching the results in the form of the number on the scale and the fit of my clothes. You can do this LittleAnna, but you're going to have to work at it and be patient.

Also remember littleanna that as a woman you need to eat a little less than him to get similar results. My dietician told me to not eat less than 1200 calories and less than 1500. When you reach your goal you will have to up the calories.
