Hi Fitbit users!
Hows 2015 treating you? You guys sticking to your goals? To be honest I had a rough start but I am back on it and feeling refreshed in the mornings and have even more energy then before!
What has been the struggle for you? As for me, its certaintly working out after work as going to work at 6am and getting off at 2. I am tired! But I keep telling myself once I workout I will feel better and I do!

2015 is off to a slow start for me --- still having sleep problems and adjusting to sleep apnea/sleeping with a mask; napping a lot during the day limits number of steps I take and my Flex readings are often rather low for the day. MFP calorie counting is helping me to stay on track but I love my desserts too much still (not a good choice with insulin-dependant diabetes, etc). Having difficulty remembering to weigh myself before breakfast in the morning (that's if I'm up early enough to have breakfast) --- any ideas to motivate me to face the scale? I think I've loaded myself with too many goals and am having a hard time meeting them ---- I know I should start slow and build on success. G.T.
