I step at night during the week (treadmill), usually for an hour each evening starting between 8 and 8:30pm. Once I'm done though, I'm too jacked-up to sleep and don't get to bed until around 11pm. However, I do feel rested when I wake up and consistently rise between 5 and 6am. I'm not a morning person and wish I could find the motivation to workout in the morning but I think that would require a drill sergeant.
