Hello everyone I am Raul and I have a very low BMI index, so I am pretty tall (about 1.90m) and really skinny (about 50 kg). Can you give me some advice on how can I gain some weight, but the right way ?

You need to gain 16 kg to barely enter the normal weight range. You want to gain at a moderate pace, e.g. 0,5 kg per week. If you gain too fast, a larger portion of the gain will come from fat, as opposed to lean tissue. You’d also want to engage in a sensible resistance training program, so you can take advantage of your caloric surplus to gain some muscle. If you are a "hard-gainer", favor calorie-dense, yet healthy, foods like peatnut butter.

Nut butters are good.
Using more 'good for you' fats in your cooking, such as olive oil, should help. I love roasting veggies and usually cut them up and toss in a bowl with olive oil and some salt before roasting. I try not to use to0 much, but you could try getting the veggies good and slippery in the oil, add a bit of salt in then spread out in a single layer on a baking sheet (parchment paper helps keep the clean up easy, but is not necessary), and then roast/bake in the oven at 375 or so. Check for doneness at around 30 minutes.
If you like dairy go with full fat. Snack on nuts...
Make changes gradually and see how your body responds.
