How can I have my Aria scale show the percentage of fat on my body?

When I weigh myself on my Aria scale, it will show my weight but thereafter, a % and ? sign come on but I don't know what that signifies.  Can someone answer my question?

Does it identify you, displaying the three-letter name you have set up in your account? Do you step on the scale barefoot (won't work if you wear socks)? Do you make sure your thighs do not touch each other?
