that depends, if you want a rough approximation, there's plenty of calculators on the web that will tell you based on your weight and height.
if you want something more accurate, get a set of calipers:

for the best accuracy, you could get a DEXA scan. but, it's probably a LOT more expensive than a pair of $15 calipers.

BMI is not a body composition measurement per se. It is more like a volume measurement and is the replacemet for the old MET Life tables.
It is good enough until your BMI gets low enough to where you want to pay a pro to give you a real body fat measurement with calipers or a hydrostatic tank
