OK, I think I am looking at this the wrong way. All of the BMI charts and such look at my weight and height. I am slowly losing weight but if I could just grow a foot or more then much of the pressure would go away.
At 49 it seems I am actually SHRINKING so maybe if you guys can help me get from 5' 7" to say .... 6' 10" life would be good. If you could get me to 8' then with the help of my FitBit I could get my NBA career going again.
Ideas?

LOL Good luck with that! ![]()
As we get older some of the weight charts are just not possible. I would get your DR input as to what you should be.
Mine is higher than the weight charts per DR.

hahaha @mlaccs Unfortunately our Fitbits will not help you get any taller, but if you find a solution that is not knee surgery, please let me know. It would be an easier solution to get taller than to get thinner I guess, if you are like me and enjoy eating a little too much.
The only thing that scientists suggest for this is to take a good sleep every day, exercise daily, eat well and practice yoga. check out these tips. So with your tracker and online dashboard you can keep track of this information to improve your health and maybe grow a little taller some day.
So keep up the hard work and happy stepping!
