I am always hungry, I try to eat 6 small meals a day, but never feel full. I fear that I am consuming morec calories than I should. I use to eat 3 normal meals a day and felt fine but was not loosing any more weight. I am at a Plato in my weight loss. I exercise whenever I get a chance when ever I am not busy on the family farm (walking/ jogging, chopping wood, or various wt lifting exercises)My life is not sedintary I am always on the go. I admit I eat late at night too. When my husband works midnights so when he leaves for work I cannot sleep or I end up "sleep-eatting". I have actually woke up in the mornig with empty food containers or a plate with crumbs left on it from the night before.

Try going back to your three meals a day then. Just try and make them healthy... maybe you'll begin to lose weight.
The other thing is if you're eating 6 times, like I do, make sure they are filled with protein. Have an apple with peanut butter, chicken is always a good snack, beans can be eaten as is (or mash them up into a spread like I do because I don't like them).
I also like to eat items that take me a while to eat. I'll bite into an apple instead of cutting it because I have to put it down, wipe my hands, chew more... It takes a while to get down causing me to stay fuller for a longer period of time (or at least its a placebo effect that works for me).
Just keep in mind that you can lose inches and not lbs. Start taking measurements of your chest, waist, and thighs and keep track of your progress that way.
Hope this helps!
