Write down why are you doing this, all the reasons.
Put that pick list up anywhere you have a problem getting to the food. Smaller list in wallet/purse for instance before ordering something you shouldn't be.
Also examine why you have strayed?
Because really hungry - perhaps you have a bigger than reasonable deficit with 30 lbs gone, or because of strength training now, which can indeed make you feel hungry.
