Did you mean:

In the Zone or Under target?

Do I need to land “In the zone” or “Under” to drop kg’s?

In the zone means you are within range of the setup eating goal.

If you set that eating goal for weight loss - there ya go.

But better than that graphic - is the eating goal near end of day or while planning - just learn to see how many calories are left and do some mental math for what you can have still. If it says 100 left after a dinner, does that mean a small dessert, or an apple with peanut butter perhaps?

After a few days and looking at your snack foods - you'll learn what a few calories left means with numbers rather than a gauge.

@KatMic The answer is BOTH...or either. When you are in the zone or Under...you're meeting your calorie deficit goal.
