Intermitten fasting: why it works!

I just read why intermittent fasting works!!!  It works well BECAUSE in a fasting state the body doesn't release the hormone insulin.  Without insulin the body doesn't store fat & instead breaks down fat you already have for energy.  There are lots more details on livestron.com in "How to lose body fat."  !!

I did this for years without knowing it just by skipping breakfast/ 🙂

It also works for longer faster periods, like 24+ hours.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

Exactly @WavyDavey, my sister used to do the same thing all the time, skipping breakfast, now that it has a specific name to it, she says it's hard for her to do it. 😅

 

Sometimes it's easier to do things if we stop thinking too much about them.

Its sounds gr8 haven't done it before but looking forward to start on Monday...read so much about it snd you have inspired me to start im going to start off with breakfast and lunch and fast until the following day..
