Feel free to add me. I am almost in my mid 30's, trying to stay motivated. My goal is to lose 50lbs. I've had fitbit for 3 weeks now.

I've had my fitbit for a few months now but never really looked into the challenges. I was more intrigued by step count and improving my PB's but would really like to start giving the group challenges a go.
Anyone is welcome to add me as a friend.

Hello. I have noticed as we increase steps, or have additional activity, the calorie count changes. I am a creature of habit. I like to eat the same thing every breakfast and lunch. If I add it in the am first thing, my caloric odometer will read red. As the day goes on, it will move into the green.

Yes! Keep trying! I do not hit 10,000 every day unless I bike or run. I have a sedentary job and find it is harder to get the steps. Do your best and try to push a little more each day. The goal is to be the best you can be.
