Hi Sparkle883 - I am 37/F in S. Jersey. My overall goal is to lose 25 lbs or so - It's a big goal for me. But I will start with a smaller, which is also very hard goal for me - to lose 10 lbs! I just want to improve my overall health. If you are ok, we can connect and have little healthy competition.
My current goal is just to keep up with 10k steps --> which hasn't been easier to achieve on daily basis.

I purchased my fitbit for my bday (a gift to myself) and have just started exploring the community boards. If you are interested in connecting and keeping one another motivated to reach our goals I am 100% on board.

Best AnswerHi! I'm 52 with 50lbs to lose. I've lost 37lbs so far. I was diagnosed with idiopathic (meaning they don't know why) Small Fiber Neuropathy. It's hard to exercise like I used to do, but every little bit counts.
