I started using my fitbit flex once again and I want to find new walking enthusiasts like me from all over the world!
I only use my fitbit when I go out to run to measure the distance and steps, but I'll try to wear it all day too from now on.

I keep mine on all day. Sometimes I sleep with it. I don't walk as much as you do because my body starts go into overdrive when it notices that I am burning up too many calories. Instead of eating more, I excercise as little as possible to control my hunger. I can walk up to 3 miles a day. But I know that my out of control hunger will return. I plan on returning to a more active lifestyle once my weight is at my goal.
