At your height, any weight between 70 and 90 kg is just as healthy. Even if you absolutely want to get to 82 kg (to please your doctor and your dietetician), there is no urgency to do so. The reason I advise against binging on junk food is not that junk food or binging will harm you in the short term. It’s because it would be a pity to revert to poor lifestyle habits after all the hard work and discipline it must have taken to lose 52 kg in nine months. If you really want to gain 5-7 kg, you’ll be able to do it without binging and without resorting to a lot of junk food. Just take your time and be mindful of your eating, so you develop life-long habits that will have you maintain a healthy weight for the rest of your life.

You shouldn't focus on junk food to increase your weight, because while junk food is high on sugar, it's also very high on sodium (salt) and high on Trans fat (nasty fat that can clog your arteries and coat your internal organs with fat (visceral fat) that could lead to cardiovascular diseases and TIA (mini strokes)).

Eating junk food is ok maybe once or twice a week to allow a person to maintain a certain level of social interactions with friends, families and sometimes strangers as they don't necessarily eat as healthy as you do, but in general, you should be consuming leafy greens, natural source of protein like fish, fowl, meat, Tofu, Whole Milk, natural source of dietary fat and a natural source of high fibre complex carbohydrates as your main diet, which should be about 80% of your diet.  For example, from Monday to Sunday, you would eat healthy from Monday to Friday and you can eat junk food in moderation on Saturday and Sunday.  You may gain some weight due to the excess calories, but as soon as you revert back to your normal diet routine, your body will realign and reachieve its internal equilibrium.  This person, which is me, does not binge on junk food nor crave junk food.  I eat junk food because my friends do, or sometimes my blood sugar level is low and I need a quick source of sugar.

But listening to your situation; it seemed like you are really craving for junk food.  This to me signals that you are always experiencing fairly frequent "LOW BLOOD SUGAR" episodes.  Have you asked your doctor why?  Have you consulted with a dietician as to how you should progress in raising your BMI safely?

When you want to increase weight to a healthy range, you need to consider not only raising your body fat, but also increasing your lean muscle mass and bone mass density through strength and resistance training as well as eating the healthy fats plus all the necessary nutrients, minerals and vitamins you should have.

When you are eating a healthy diet complete with all the nutrients, minerals, vitamins, fibre, protein and dietary fat, you will not need to binge.  Binging or craving for junk food is not normal and could be a sign of some imbalance or hidden ailments in your body.  I highly suggest that you speak with your doctor to rule out any hidden surprises and see if you have any thyroid or liver issues as uncontrollable weight loss, despite your attempts to raise it, is not only not normal, but also could be an early warning sign of some health issues you are not aware of.

Years ago I went on a 500 calorie a day diet for a couple of months.  I learned that when you eat any lower number of calories for a while your boy adjusts to that.  Metabolism slows.  To increase calories without gaining weight in that situation you MUST add calories back 200 at a time.   Your body CAN  adjust to that much.  After a day or 2 you add 200 more for a day or two. and more until you get back to a normal amount.  If you eat a big bunch as soon as you reach some goal weight you will gain it all back.   That is one reason the alternate day or two of  eating only 500 calories and a normal amount the other days woks out a bit better.  Your metabolism doesn't slow down that way.

Why on earth are the few new comments or questions in the weight forums lost in such ancient junk.  You can't have a conversation with people who probably left 3 years ago.   I only look in here occasionally for that reason.  They could fix this better.
