Hi @Bells420

It's possible to be leaner, while weighing the same when exercising, muscles become stronger and the weight loss in body fat has been compensated with a increase in muscle mass.. (the scale won't show this change, though the measurement tape will).

Aim to change your body composition. It's possible to set a healthy weight / body fat target range goal. See how you look, when looking toned at a bit higher weight, but decreasing body fat further would mean starting seeing your ribs.. looking unhealthy.. your bodies happy healthy / body fat range can be a bit higher but being leaner, more toned, having more strength, having increased endurance, performance.. (being more fit)..

Have Fun

Hi Bells420, I just got my Fitbit Charge HR and love it, well I just had it since yesterday but love this technology. Now here is the reason I bought this so that it can motivate me to lose weight, I have gained about 20 lbs with time and now I would like to lose it and gain muscle...so with this said I am also seeking new friends and fitness friend that motivate each other. Oh and I am also new to the fitbit community so I am just learning this.

Have a great day Bells420 😄
