Welcome, congratualtions!  So exciting to have a new arrival in your life.  I have 3 (age 9,7, and 5).  In my experience the days I was tired I snacked on rubbish.  Best advice I can give, try not to have junk in the house, and go easy on yourself it is a whole new experience!
