Hello fellow fitbitters,
I was lucky enough to get a fitbit from Santa this year. I have already lost 10 pounds this month on my journey to lose weight. I have about 35 more pounds to go! I would love to have some active friends that would like to keep each other accountable. Just add me as a friend and let's get working on our goals to a healthy body!
Of course I am interested! The more support the better! We can totally do this! Let's get to it!
Best AnswerHello - I have had my fitbit for 2 months, it has made me more active. But I haven't really used the calories the water, the active minutes etc... properly - so I have 42 pounds to lose - I have set my goals and I would like fit bit friends too - I don't want to go to a weight class, I have been off and onfor many years, but I do understand the need for support and community. So I would like to join you too please
Well let's do this together then! The holidays are over and now it's time to get going on our goals! We got this!

Best Answer@HbrMom81 To add friends you click their photo and then it will take you to a different page where it says to go to profile with a link. Click the link and then there will be an add me button! I hope that helps! I can't wait to get into shape! Let's keep each other accountable!
Best AnswerWell let's get to it! Maybe you can even lose those 12 pounds before March!
I'm building up to a proper start, Christmas in the UK seems to last longer than anywhere else! The house is still full of food and we still have more days off. So I am in planning stage, to properly start on Jan 1st. I am going to spend the next few days, looking out nice recipes and getting ingredients and then planning time to do my exercise - build in walks and steps etc... I haven't really used all the features on the fitbit yet, so might need help. I don't know how to add the calories in, the food database is US so would just prefer to add in by calories ?? also adding exercise - the stationary bike doesn't register, so can you add that in? anyone else taking same approach? Also are you setting mini goals, like by the end of Jan I would like..... to have lost 10llbs (that would be mine) thanks everyone, it would be great to hear different approaches Vix x
Best AnswerHi all!
I was also fortunate to receive a Fitbit from Santa this year. I have about 50 pounds to lose after gaining about 30 over the past 2 years (I blame working at Disney and wanting to try all those sweets!).
I always have an issue after the first weeks of finding a fitness routine that I just "don't have the time" and cutting down from 5 days a week to 0... Then I don't go back to it for months. Sweets are a weakness too (ugh I love and hate them at the same time). Some motivation from others could definitely help!
Feel free to add me as a friend/motivator/fitness buddy!
I'm new to this too! I have 45lbs to lose and would love to have some friends for support and any ideas for recipes, workouts, and of course just for moral support and willpower! I was wondering if there was a food log with calories, fat content, etc. that is already out there to download for fitbit? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreiated
Thanks!
