Hi Fibit Community😊,

 

I have a question about the fitbit app-were you log foods & you see the Calories In vs Calories Out graphic. What happens with the food graphic metre were it turns colour red. What does that read.

it means you ate more calories than what you are alloted for the day. Red means over budget. Green you are in the zone- meaning you are in a good range of in vs out and yellow/orange is under budget- meaning you still have calories in your budget if you need them.
