So I've lost 22 pounds since April and looking to lose about 25 more. I found that I had lost a little bit of my motivation back in October. I found an app called Pact and I absolutely love it! It syncs to MFP, Map My Run and FitBit apps to give you motivation to reach your steps goal.
How it works:
You set your goal (they offer number of workouts, servings of fruits and veggies or food logging)
You make your goal
You get paid money
It's awesome. I make about $1.50 a week, and although it's not much, the amount of motivation it gives me is incredible! There have been weeks where missing my pact has been the only reason I get up and put on my running shoes. (Because although Pact is free, if you miss a pact, you pay instead of earn!)
So if money is a motivator for you, Pact app may help.
