Best AnswerOK. I haven't done this before. What is the challenge? I am hoping to drop 10 pounds before Christmas this year. I want to do this by increasing my step count to 4500 a day, and doing 20 minutes of yoga four times a week. I also want to keep following the diet my dietitian put together for me. Do you join the challenge by stating your goal? Or is there a specific goal you have to have in mind?

I'm up for challenges. I'm in my mid 40s and would like to lose 25lbs before Christmas. Feel free to add me. I work in an office all day and need motivation to stay active after I get home. I have a goal of running a 5K.
Count me in for this.... I'm trying to do a lot at one time and it's starting to get tough on me. I recently quit smoking and have a couple more lifestyle changes that need to happen. This would be some good motivation. feel free to add me!! 🙂
Best AnswerI'm going to try to get as many steps as possible in a day- goal per day being 10,000. I had dental surgery on Friday so I can't eat much right now, but when I can eat again... I'm going to attempt more low carb options. Also- my biggest goal is to not smoke!! It's redic. hard to cut that habit.
Best AnswerI do a version of chair yoga. I have been doing it off and on for two years. My problem right now is I'm having severe back pain. So I can't do it right now. I go for a MRI tomorrow. Hopefully they will find I need surgery and that will fix the problem. Nothing else has worked. As soon as I am able, I will be walking and doing yoga again. I am doing it at home this time because the place I took the class shut down last month and good yoga places are hard to find. Do you know how to record your yoga activity with your fitbit? I am looking for a way to do it. I have a Flex and a One. If that makes a difference. I'll let you know what they find out! I love yoga for a healthy body and mind.

Best AnswerIs it too late to join in? I'm still fairly new to fitbit; I just got mine this month! I'm hoping to get into better shape so I can keep up with my kiddo better, and right now I'm working on keeping up with the default 10,000 step goal and doing stairs more often!
