Best AnswerI sit at a desk Monday - Saturday but try to do some in the evenings and weekends as I am trying to prepare for a sponsored walk next year 30th April 2016 (34 miles) for Cancer Reserch UK and I am doing a sponsored walk (6 miles) for a hospice my dad died in 2013 on 1st November 2015.
So it will all help with a bit of competition to spur me on!! Also will hopefully help me lose weight!!!

Should we "friend" everyone in the group? I wish there was a way to add groups to the our friends category but I wasn't able to create a seperate group. Anyway, I am using the food log to record everything I eat and drink. It's easy to use but as you excercise or get more steps, it allows you more calories. This time around, I am going to try to stick with my 1100/per day calorie allowance and keep my extra calories for the weekend. That's when I like to have a cocktail or two! Hopefully, this will keep me on track for weight loss. Have a great day everyone!
Just a thought does anyone use fitbit league? http://www.fitbitleague.com/ If so we could create a league on there, anyone interested? I believe this would mean as long as we had 10 people the league would start and runs monthly, it also means we can have more than 10 people all together. You only need to log in once a month (last day) if you want.
