Interesting fact. I have been stuck at the same weight for couple of days despite having a daily calorie deficit on average of over minus 1000. Any suggestions as to why this might be or what I could do to lose more weight. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks

I believe more background information is needed: when did you start your current weight loss journey and from what weight? What is the current weight you are "plateauing" at? Weight loss is often non-linear. If yours has been fully linear so far, you would be an exception. Two days at the same weight doesn’t constitute a plateau. Any short term swing (or lack thereof) in either direction is usually related to water weight.
