Hi there,
Last week, I relocated temporarily to my hometown, because my mom is in hospice. I'm staying at her place, and since I flew, I couldn't bring my scale from home. 😄 I had no real choice but to use her scale this morning, and I'm sure the weight is not correct. It says I lost almost 5 pounds from last week, which, while it would be nice, I don't think is accurate.
I guess I'm wondering what the best thing to do here is. I can only think to log the weight from the new scale and obviously use it while I'm here, and then recognize that my weight will probably go back up some when I get home and on my own scale? I can't think of too many other options, but I thought I'd throw it out there and see if anyone else had ideas or suggestions. Thanks!

No consumer quality scales are ever the same.
Would suggest you use it as a relative comparison of how you are doing, day to day.

I would still log the weight from that scale if I was in that situation. There will most likely be an increase when you get back home, but you can still keep an eye on the general trend of your weight.

Thanks to you both for confirming what I was thinking. I appreciate it. 🙂
