Did you mean:

Simple but not Easy!

How did I go from my before photo to my after photo? It was simple…but it was not easy. What do I mean by simple?

Have a plan you can execute, perform basic math, and you're virtually guaranteed to succeed.

Setting up the plan includes the following:

1. Determine where you are now (how much you weigh, how much do you want to lose, what percent is your body fat.
2. Figure out how many calories you require to lose the weight you want
3. Figure out how much weight you’d like to lose each week, month, year
4. Determine how many of your calories will come from Carbs/Protein/Fat
5. Come up with a meal plan you can stick with for life
6. Come up with a resistance training plan you can stick with for life
7. Determine what days you will perform resistance training and what days you will do your cardio.
8. Begin executing and tracking plan.

I will be discussing all of the above steps in detail in future posts.

Executing this plan is the part that is not easy, especially if you have children and other commitments!

It’s not easy to eat clean 95% of the time.
It’s not easy to train your body every day.
It’s not easy to come up with varying snacks and meals like.
It’s not easy and takes a lot of time to plan your workouts, cardio and meals

Even though it is not easy, rest assured it is simple, possible and achievable....I promise! More to comeBefore and AfterBefore and After
