South Beach Dieters using fitbit

I had success on the SBD once before and just started again today with Phase 1.  Is there anyone else doing SBD who is interested in some support?

Hope the flu is gone. YUCK!

I made a caulfilower crust pizza yesterday. NOT BAD. I'm going to master this crust! I think it could be a healthy and tasty pizza for me!

Well, I made it to the doctor and I am on my way to pneumonia (again).  So, I will be starting all my medications again and resting lots for the next week.

I did fall off the wagon a bit, but am pulling myself back up.  I have at least held steady prety much with no significant loss or gain since my fall (no pun intended as I fell off the wagon when I fell and got a concussion about 2 or 3 weeks ago - WAY too much ice in Ohio!).

Sabine, I never did like the cauliflower crust, so I found a low carb 100% whole wheat tortilla shell that I like and use that to make pizza crust, wrap sandwiches, taco/fajita shells, and I bake them with a little sea salt for chips and guac or salsa.

I can't wait to be back to 100% so that I can get back on track.

NEITHER of those sounds fun! (pneumonia or a concussion). I liked the cauliflower. It reminded me of a cornmeal crust. I can't eat too much gluten, but I do like la banderita low carb tortillas. I don't usually eat "low carb" foods, but those don't hurt my tummy because they are so think. ha.

ok, I thought it woudl be easier to have a group for any of us south beachers to use for daily support.  I created a group under the community groups called "Living it like south beach"

Hope to support you there!

Indeed we are! LOL and no, I wouldn't say I'm kicking your butt. I don't have near pneumonia!
