So we watch what we eat, track our calorie intake, but what does everyone eat for a little treat every now and then.
1. Healthy treat: Apples
2. Not so healthy treat: KitKat

Yes, a little treat every now & then is so nice.
Healthy treat: Apples or grapes - the crunchier the better.
Not so healthy: Reece's peanut butter cup or a pack of malteasers.

Very true! Treats are good in moderation. I am trying to slowly replace my "food rewards" with "non-food rewards" as well as start doing dates with my hubby somewhere other than a restaurant (i.e. go walk at a park/walking trail, go rock climbing). But...
Treats: Grapes! Ah, gotta love grapes...
Non-healthy treat: Decaf mocha latte with coconut milk =D

I love the V8 mint and lime cocktail juice.
It satisfies both my sweet and salty cravings.
Otherwise it's original Lays potato chip sin ...er ..treat for me.

Celery or carrot with light ranch dip, sometimes a celery stick with a little peanut butter. Grapes, lite yogurt cup, a few almonds, I'll take a thin slic of turkey breast and lite moo cheese spread. lite (Low cal) cup of hot cocco, I love green beans and will warm up a can (20 cals a serving), a few strawberries (sometimes add a little lite wipped cream) I like crunchy things so I will slice some celery carrots or even warm aspearagus with humus dip. Remember just one item.

Once a week I eat any treat I want which is a local froyo place which we love. Anything in moderation is fine and I've lost 85 lbs so far. Just remember you can't outrun your fork.

I absolutely love to snack, and as someone with a binge disorder I can easily overdo it.
A healthy snack for me would be a small bowl of grapes and baby carrots, or several apple slices with a thin coating of peanut butter.
As for an unhealthy snack ... for many, many years we've been told that trail mix is a healthy snack. FALSE LOL! My favorite unhealthy snack is Archer Farms' brand 'Peanut Butter Monster Trail Mix.' It includes peanuts, raisins, miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups, peanut butter chips, Peanut Butter M&Ms, and peanut butter covered pretzel balls. If you love peanut butter ... well, you realize the trouble. Unfortunately a "serving" is a 1/3 a cup. I can easily down half the bag so when I do indulge I measure out my 1/3 cup and throw the bag back up in the top cupboard that I can't easily reach.

Ha ha ha haha ha!
I'm not sure I've ever eaten just 1/3 cup of trail mix, and there's no way I would if it had all that in it!
It's like the 16 oz bottles of soda that says "2 servings per bottle." Right!
