Trying something new to lose weight.

I started a new diet and started walking last September. From September to Christmas I lost 56 pounds. I lost another 9 after that but I kept gaining and losing the same 9 pounds. Since March I've finally lost and kept 60 pounds off. I was walking 10,000 - 15,000 steps a day, sometimes 20,000 but I stopped losing weight. This past week or so I've started walking outside more. Outside in the sun instead of an hour around the kitchen table in the A/C. Usually 8am-9am while it's still hot enough to sweat like crazy but not hot enough to have a heat stroke. Then I do another hour in the evening between 6-7. Still hot but it's shaded by then. My goal is to sweat more weight off. 10 days of walking 10,000 steps a day and coming back in with a drenched shirt. I actually stayed where I was, nothing lost or gained but I'm gonna try it another 3 or 4 weeks to see if it works.

Are you in a caloric deficit? Too lose weight you must be in a consistent caloric deficit. If you physical activity is accurate, sounds like you're not in a caloric deficit.

2024 still using a Surge.
