I started using Fitbit on 3/27/2014 but I started making healthy changes in my life on 1/1/14. I am finally truly tracking everything, steps, calories, weight, measurements, everything. Today I sat down and compared some of my stats, and while I am down 22.4 lbs for the year so far since 1/1/14, I am down 11.9 lbs since I started using my fit bit. In 2 months I have lost more using my fitbit than I did doing it on my own for 3 months at the beginning of the year, losing only 10.5 on my own. Today I did all my measurments and compared them to the measurements I took 3 weeks ago. Below are my status. This to me is amazing and is really inspiring me. Know when I will have a day where I don't lose any weight (in ounzes) just by how much I am stuck at my desk and not eating enough! This fitbit has been my biggest motivator. I have tried everything in the book before and never stuck with it like I have my fitbit. I am so thankful and greatfult to have this amazing little device.

Great work!! I too am having a lot of success with my fitbit! I have had it since April 26th and have lost 5 lbs. Since having my third child in October I have lost a total for 42 pounds! However, my fitbit is really keeping me accountable, for most of that weight was lost due to breastfeeding! It has kept me very active which I love. The goal setting side of weightloss has become so much easier!
Keep up the good work! We will all make it to our goals!

Great job! Can you share more about what kind of exercise you're doing? How many steps are you averaging? You've really inspired me!
