Just remember this is a journey and you are going to have fluctuations. You had a vacation and gained a few pounds, just get right back at using your fitbit and tracking your food (the food tracking is always the part that gets me). If you stay consistant it will work for you. Don't let a set back cause you to stop altogether. Keep at it!
