Vacation

I lost 4 pounds in the first 4 weeks with my fitbit and felt pretty motivated.
Went to Jamaica for a week for my 25th anniversary and gained it all back!
Pretty bummed out. Thinking, "Is this just one more weight loss plan I've failed?"
I need some encouragement to get back on track. HELP!

Just remember this is a journey and you are going to have fluctuations.  You had a vacation and gained a few pounds, just get right back at using your fitbit and tracking your food (the food tracking is always the part that gets me).  If you stay consistant it will work for you.  Don't let a set back cause you to stop altogether.  Keep at it!
