I'm looking for a healthy, but effective weight loss supplement. I've tried so many of the hydroxi cut type pills and can't seem to find something that works. Any recommendations?

there are none. instead, take the time to learn what kind of foods are right for you and your lifestyle. then, take the money you would have spent on weight loss supplements and go on a nice vacation.

None. No pills required. It's all about eating right. I've done it long before without pills then falled for the scheme of pills. Falled for the excessive amounts of protein fooding like drinking Combat Powder and gained weight incorrectly. You're throwing away $100 a bottle on a fail or if you went bezerk like me $300 a week on a bunk of pills you don't need. The Dr. Oz phony plan. Convince people Garcinia Ginkoba is right for them and not bothering to exercise or diet at all.
Your prepped food has all the protein you need. 60 to 80 grams of protein in all natural food. All it takes is eating right.
Places you can't go to as examples of bad foods: IHOP, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, McDonald's, Wendy's, Subway (Jared's diet worked once in a blue moon), 7-Eleven, (any restaurant that serves beer. because you know you're gonna buy 6 beers (300 calories) and a nice fat juicy burger (2,000 calories)), Wawa and Sheetz gas station stores. Think about all the bad foods you buy from them and write it down on banned foods.
Foods you can eat from as examples of good foods: Your Work's Cafeteria (fruit salads, veggie salads, eggs, low cal toast), Bob Evans (BE Fit Breakfast, fruit salad), Silver Diner (They have BE's food too). Some cafeterias have the calorie counts, others don't. Be sure to download the Nutritional Info from Bob Evans and Silver Diner to have handy.
Workout Programs if you bought them have nutritional recipes and foods you can eat. For others that need the extra control like me, I'm on Jenny. And can't eat any of the places I listed I'm staying out of.

I've been using a "thermogenics" thing for the past couple of weeks, not particularly well, I forget them a fair bit.
But it seems to be going fairly well for all that
Down a couple of pounds, 32" waist jeans are begining to look like they may be wearable soon.
Now you could argue that I'd be fitting in them anyway, I'm pretty active, I'm pretty strict on my calories, so maybe they are just a placebo.
But they were £14 for the bottle, I wont be buying them again, dont really need them past this point, but I would recomend them.
Nutrition | per 3 Capsules |
Citrus Aurantium | 450mg |
95% Green Tea Extract | 300mg |
Caffeine | 300mg |
L-Tyrosine | 200mg |
L-Theanine | 150mg |
Raspberry Ketones | 150mg |
Cayenne Pepper | 150mg |
BioPerine® | 5mg |
Chromium Picolinate | 1mg |
No real side effects to report, my fitbit isnt showing a HR spike, they do give you an "im invincible" feeling for a bit, but you arent actually invincible, so dont push it becauseb you will break.

All natural humans, back when 30 was old age, cholera was rampant, infant mortality was something that happened to everyone and, well, shall I carry on?

There are plenty of GOOD supplements out there. You just have to look.
For all the nay-sayers....
Supplementation exists because it works when used correctly. It is supposed to be SUPPLEMENTED into your existing health diet.
Many of them are full organic meal replacements. It's not easy for everyone to cook full organic meals 3x a day, 7 days/ week. It's also quite expensive. But that's another topic entirely.
If it were that easy EVERYONE would be doing it, and EVERYONE would be healthy inside and out.
I'm tired of hearing all these people talk about how supplementation is bad for you. Really?
Check out the nutrient depletion in our food supply over the past decade as well.
