My Fitbit is telling me to only eat 444 calories a day. I know that eating so little is very dangerous. What do I do?

1. What is your target calorie deficit?
2. Check your stats (gender, age, weight, height) on your profile to makes sure it is entered correctly.

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums @haydyn_cheer!
It seems to be a low calorie daily target, but as @wtksk8r mentioned earlier, I do recommend that you check that all your personal settings are correct and updated (gender, age, weight, height).
Your weight target would also be very important, if you're looking to loose weight, and how much you're trying to loose.
Keep us posted!
