Ok, I've only got until August 22nd, 2015 before I start training again...I have been going up and down because I don't stay within my calories and this will just add another level of accountability for me. My goal is to log ALL my food - EVERYTHING. I've been logging but fall off towards the end of the day.
Exercise isn't a problem for me, I just could afford to do less and pay attention to my eating more. Happy to meet everyone here and LET'S DO THIS!

I'll join you! I start 1/2 marathon training at the beginning of September and have 35 lbs go lose - hopefully before race day in November! I agree about working out too often and not paying attention to what I'm eating so I'd love to have someone to talk to along the way! I love accountability!

Yaay!

Best AnswerYes! I know it's only been one day, but I totally stayed within my calorie goal (after exercise) and didn't snack mindlessly last night because I remembered the committment I made to myself and that I made here 🙂
I figure at some point during each week we can check in with what's worked, what hasn't, losses or gains, and something motivational, lol. What do you think?
Best AnswerThanks Edson, I'm excited!
I logged EVERYTHING I ate yesterday - including the .57c short stack IHOP was selling for the 57th anniversary
(Hey, I did Zumba and running and needed the carbs lol)
I completed the entry (I use MyFitnessPal) and it told me if I had a day like yesterday everyday I'd be 176.9 in 5 weeks! I CAN DO THIS!
