Weight problems and Balanced Diet problems

I've been worrying about my Daily consuming  of Fat each day,As I eat over 50 grams of Fat a day and I fell it starting to have a effect now on my body shape and weight leading me to gain a lot .

  1. What can i do to reduce my Daily Fat Consuming a Day by 50%?
  2. what can I do to make my daily Diet more balanced ?
  3. And what healthy foods that can make up a Breakfast /Lunch ?

my Target  by the End of this share is to lose 5 Pounds 

seeking for help

Keep in mind that fat is only a portion of what you are eating. I saw that you posted this same question a second time and mentioned that you are 16. Keeping that in mind, your daily recommendation for fat is actually between 70 - 100 grams of fat each day. If you feel that you are gaining weight try to be more active. If you have the choice between a walk or sport and a video game or movie, choose the activity where you are moving rather than the indoor sedentary choice. 

 

Also, a way to make your food choices healthier is to avoid added sugars and fried foods. For example if you are out to eat with your family or friends and you have a choice between fries and veggies, choose the veggies. For breakfast, some cereals are full of sugar so be aware of that and look at the nutrition information. 

 

All that being said, you are still growing if you are 16 like you said in your other post. Your body needs the proper nutrients to continue that growth.
