Best AnswerI have changed my diet to increase fruits and vegetables. I have two black cups of coffee in the morning and then water the rest of the day. I reduced my snacks and work on making smrter choices. I did a couch to 5k program and ran my first 5k last month. My next 5k is on October 11th and I have one in Nov and Dec. I run at least three times a week and cross train two days. The other days are rest days. I will start longer distances next year (10k and maybe try the marathons).
I have ordered a treadmill with iFit and that should be delivered next week for when the weather isn't cooperating. I also have an elliptical and bowflex that I bought off of Craigslist.
So far I have lost 15 lbs. 30 more to go to get to my goal weight of 150.
