I've always led a healthy, active lifestyle and have for the last few years weighed 125 lbs with a 26" waist (I'm 5'6" and 26 years old). But over the last 3 to 4 months I've noticed the number on the scale slightly creeping up, and my waist/stomach doesn't seem to be as flat and narrow as it has been.
I log 10 miles a week at a 9'00 average pace, am doing crossfit 1 to 2 times a week, and do yoga at home once a week. I give myself two rest days per week (so some days I'm doubling up on activities). I recently started juicing in the mornings and will typically have 16 oz of green juice with a serving of cashews for breakfast, 16 oz green juice for lunch with a kale and cabbage salad using lemon juice as the dressing, and 4 oz baked or grilled chicken breast with veggies (the occasional avocado - only ever 1/4 of the fruit) for dinner. And throughout the day I drink about 80 oz of water.
Can anyone offer insight/suggestions? I'm at a loss, so any and all help is appreciated. Thank, y'all!

So many options... it can be anything from water retention or hormonal imbalance to medical issues (any other complaints or vague symptoms?) like a hypoactive thyroid to simply your body having 'gotten used' to your routines. I recently read a pretty extended explanation somewhere on here about that, I'll see if I can find it for you, but pay attention to your body and try to figure out if there are any other changes you have noticed that could help you find the reason for your recent weight gain.
Edit to add: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Get-Fit/stuck-at-24-9-body/m-p/315522#U315522, the posts by Nick17 and flyboy. Especially the stuff about MBR and workout plateaus is very interesting if you suddenly find yourself gaining weight despite your active lifestyle

Have you ever figured out how many calories are in your Green juice?
Depending on what you are adding it can really add up calorie wise.

I am as active as you are and had the same issue. Increase your number of steps. I have to have at least 15,000 on average to see any results. Try that.
