I am up to 22 floors a day as my goal and I will try and increase it every week, but I mean at some point I will only be able to climb so many stairs in one day. Any suggestions on what number I should shoot for?

I think the 22 floors sounds great! I know some people that can do tons of floors - all I can say is that they must be blessed with great knees.

Agreed! As long as my knees keep up with me, I will keep trying.lol. I looked online and it looks like people who condition do about 50 to 60 floors in 10 floor increments, really quickly. So I will try and get to 50, I don't forsee that happening for years, but it is a goal. 🙂

I aim for about 30 floors a day. A few months ago (before the poor old knees gave out) I was doing about 80 floors a day (gradually, not all in one go) and it did help speed the toning process.
