Have you had your lean mass vs. body fat determined? Since your BMI is pretty close to the middle of the normal range, you may want to focus on reducing centimeters and body fat % (if higher than average), rather than losing a lot of weight. You want to keep your lean mass (muscles) and chances are you would lose a lot by going down 14 kg from a very normal weight.

I bought the Aria scale three months after starting with Fitbit and my only regret is I didn't do it at the same time. Having a BMI of about 22, I no longer want to lose weight: I want to further decrease my body fat % and increase my lean mass. I find it's not easy to do both.

Your current BMI is 22.9, which is within the normal range. 50 kg would translate into a BMI of 17.9, probably too low for your own good. Do you really want to look like one of those anorexic teenage models fashion magazines are (unfortunately) full of?

I know what you're saying, but my body shape is quite odd. So i don't think I'd look too skinny, but I guess if I start looking too thin then I will stop, and maintain weight. It's just a goal I'm working towards, 🙂 but thanks for the advice!

That's a good bmi.
The closest I had been to my goal weight was 58kg before I had my son. I lost 30 kilos right before I became pregnant! So now trying to push a little further 🙂
